Hello, my beautiful souls! In this post, we’re diving into 5 underrated manifestation rituals that actually work, along with my explanations for why they’re so powerful.
Are you ready? Let’s manifest.
I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love blog posts that break things down into lists. There’s something so consumable about it. When someone tells me the five steps to do something, or the six best books to read, I’m hooked! It’s easy to digest, simple to follow, and doesn’t feel overwhelming. So today, I thought, why not create content like that? Because I know many of you out there enjoy the same type of content.
Let’s talk about the five underrated manifestation rituals that actually work and why they work. I’ll be sharing some of my own manifestation rituals that I feel are the most effective.
These may be underrated because you can easily find much fancier ones out there—like writing down your manifestation 100 times a day for a specific number of days. That used to be my thing, but now, it feels like such a chore!
Honestly, if a manifestation ritual feels like a chore, it’s probably not for you. You might also come across rituals that involve creating fancy crystal grids or using specialized tools, which can feel overwhelming or require extra knowledge that not everyone has.
I want to take it back to some classics and share my personal twist on each of them. Ready? Let’s dive into the list!
1. The Power of Visualization
Let’s dive deep into the power of visualization, or as I like to call it, “mental rehearsal.” You might find that while some people can vividly picture images in their mind, others might not see images but still effectively manifest through their other senses. Visualization isn’t just about seeing; it can also involve what you hear, feel, or even intuitively know. It’s more about creating the feeling or knowing that something has already happened.
If you struggle with seeing images, try focusing on what you hear or sense when recalling memories or imagining future events. For example, you might remember your dinner by hearing yourself order or simply feeling certain that you ate something specific. This flexibility is key to using mental rehearsal as a manifestation tool, no matter how your brain processes information.
It’s important to take advantage of the fact that the subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between real and imagined events. Whether you’re visualizing success or disaster, your mind reacts as if it’s real. That’s why rehearsing the best-case scenarios in your imagination is so powerful. For instance, replaying a scene where you receive great news can impress upon your subconscious mind that this is the reality you’re stepping into.
To enhance your visualization practice, try listening to music without lyrics to avoid distraction and focus on just one simple scene rather than overcomplicating it. You might find making a vision board or watching videos helpful in creating vivid imagery, especially when manifesting experiences you haven’t had before.
The scientific side of this practice is also fascinating. Research shows that your brain responds similarly whether you’re physically performing an activity or simply imagining it. Athletes have demonstrated this in studies where their brains lit up in the same areas during both real and imagined exercises.
In essence, use visualization as a powerful and versatile tool in your manifestation journey, regardless of how you experience it.
2. Scripting as an Extension of Visualization
Scripting is an extension of visualization but in written form, making it perfect for those who might feel stuck or too cerebral, like overthinkers. If you’re someone whose mind tends to jump from one idea to another—perhaps, like me, you’ve suspected you might have ADHD behaviors—scripting can slow you down, helping you focus on one thought at a time.
How to Use Scripting
You can approach scripting in two main ways:
- Detailed Day-in-the-Life: Start by writing out an ideal day in your future as if it’s already happening. Imagine you’re journaling at the end of this perfect day, describing every detail from morning to evening. This could be a day in your life one, five, or ten years from now—whatever timeframe resonates with you. Focus on what you’re doing, how you’re feeling, and the people you’re surrounded by. Write in the present tense, just as you would if documenting a regular day.
- Manifestation List: If writing out an entire day feels overwhelming, you can simplify by creating a bullet-point list of your manifestations. Write them as if they’ve already come to pass. For example:
- “I am making $X amount of money.”
- “I live in my dream home.”
- “I am in a happy, healthy relationship.”
I like to title my scripting entries with something like “My Life as I Declare It,” adding extra power to the practice. By focusing on how you want to feel and clarifying that this is your life as you declare it, you’re sending clear signals to the universe that you’re ready to manifest these desires.
3. Prayer and Tapping Directly into Source Energy
Let’s talk about the power of prayer, affirmations, and connecting with divine consciousness. Prayer isn’t just about asking for help; it’s about starting a conversation with the universe, God, or source energy. In a universe that reflects our intentions, governed by universal laws like free will, it waits for you to make the first move before responding. Think of it like the “first swing of the pendulum”—taking action invites what you desire into your life.
Prayer is all about vulnerability and honesty. Whether you’re asking for assistance or expressing gratitude, it’s crucial to be genuine. If you wait for the universe to act without making your own effort, you might just attract more waiting. On the other hand, expressing gratitude, even for things that haven’t shown up yet, puts you in a receptive and magnetic state, aligning your subconscious with the reality you want to create.
When you pray, you’re not just speaking to the divine—you’re also recognizing signs and synchronicities as forms of communication from the universe.
Recently, I’ve been exploring a concept I like to call “God Consciousness.” This idea came to me during a meditation, and as I’ve deepened my practice, my meditations have become more powerful. I’ve been honing my intuition and am really excited about the growth I’m experiencing.
In one profound meditation, I managed to elevate my frequency to a level where I felt a direct connection with the Creator’s consciousness. From this elevated state, I could see my life—and the lives of others—through this divine perspective. The clarity and solutions that emerged from this viewpoint have been nothing short of miraculous.
Imagine seeing the world through the Creator’s eyes—what do you notice? What insights can you glean? If you find it hard to maintain this perspective, it might be because you’re still rooted in your own limited viewpoint. The key is to transcend your personal concerns and view everything from a higher, divine perspective.
I’ve started using this perspective to create affirmations that are deeply personalized and high-frequency. Instead of using generic affirmations, I ask myself what the Creator / Love would say to me in this moment.
What messages or insights would I receive from a divine standpoint? These custom affirmations come from a place of highest frequency, like “I am infinitely loved and whole as I am” or “Abundance surrounds me in every moment.”
The process involves embodying this divine love and using it to craft affirmations that resonate deeply. When affirmations are infused with emotional connection and love, they become more impactful. It’s not just about repeating statements; it’s about emotionally connecting with them, which helps embed these affirmations into the subconscious mind more effectively.
So, if you’re looking to develop powerful affirmations, start by elevating your frequency and viewing your life from this divine perspective. Let the immense love you feel guide the affirmations you create, and then repeat them with genuine emotion and belief. This approach not only enhances the effectiveness of your affirmations but also deepens your connection to the highest frequencies of love and abundance.
4. Methods to Open Up Your Intuition
Breathwork and meditation are two highly underrated practices that can truly help if you’re struggling to connect with your intuition. If you’re finding it hard to hear your inner guidance, these are non-negotiables.
Both of these practices have profoundly connected me to my intuition. Let’s dive into why:
Breathwork
Breathwork involves specific patterns of breathing, and there are many different styles out there. If you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend finding a class or instructor that resonates with you, whether online or in-person. I even teach it in my own courses! It’s a practice that can bring so much peace by quieting your mind and tapping into parts of the brain that are usually under your awareness.
Breathing in a particular rhythm allows you to access the subconscious mind—the bridge between your conscious awareness and the superconscious mind, where intuition resides. Many people mistake the subconscious for intuition, but in fact, the subconscious is just the gateway to it.
When you have unresolved emotions and emotional blockages, they can interfere with receiving intuitive messages. Breathwork helps release those emotions and energy, clearing the way for your intuition to come through clearly.
Meditation
Meditation is another powerful way to strengthen your intuition. There are many ways to meditate, from guided meditations to sitting in silence, which is my personal favorite. At first, it can be challenging to sit with no distractions—no music, no noise—but it becomes a moment of deep peace, especially when you’re a parent, constantly surrounded by noise.
As a mom, I know the value of silence after being immersed in toddler energy all day. I always receive intuitive messages during my meditation sessions, and if you struggle with traditional meditation, you might find breathwork to be a helpful way to start connecting with your inner voice.
Whatever messages I receive through meditation or breathwork are always tied to my manifestations. When I set intentions—those energetic decisions that guide creation—the universe provides the blueprint to move forward through intuition. But if you’re constantly scrolling on social media, filling your mind with distractions, or never taking a moment to listen, those messages won’t come through clearly.
Through breathwork and meditation, I receive intuitive guidance, whether it’s for immediate action or future steps. And if I trust and follow what I receive, it always, always leads me closer to my manifestations.
5. Manifesting by Wishing the Highest Timeline for Others
This one isn’t talked about enough, but I believe it’s an incredibly powerful practice—one that’s done through other people. Let me explain: the fifth underrated ritual is impressing the highest timeline for others.
Karma and the Law of Cause and Effect
First things first, many manifestation teachers have differing opinions on karma, with some not believing in it at all. But I 1000% believe in karma, especially as someone who’s obsessed with studying patterns, cycles, and rhythms in human behavior and nature. Over 15 years of diving into spirituality, I’ve seen one pattern repeat over and over: energy always comes back to us. My shaman refers to this as the law of cause and effect. Every energy we send out boomerangs back, and there are no exceptions to this law, no matter how much we want to escape it.
This law goes hand-in-hand with the law of oneness, which reminds us that we are all connected. Whatever we wish for others, we’re also wishing for ourselves. Our subconscious mind takes everything personally—it doesn’t differentiate between what’s directed at ourselves or others. So, if we send out negativity or jealousy towards someone, we might as well be wishing it upon ourselves.
Embodying Abundance and Wishing the Best for Others
Instead of focusing on lack or scarcity, this practice invites us to wish the highest timeline for every person we encounter. I do this in my daily life as a manifestation practice. For example, when I see a dad and daughter walking by, I close my eyes for a second and mentally imagine them receiving something amazing—whether it’s a breakthrough or blessing, I see them glowing with happiness and fulfillment. I wish for them to experience their highest good, and this practice reinforces my belief that abundance is available for everyone.
It also helps me remind myself that there is enough for all of us. Everyone can win. If someone else achieves success, it doesn’t take away from my success, and vice versa. We all have the potential to succeed, to thrive, and to live our best lives.
Manifesting Abundance for Yourself and Others
Now, how does this practice tie back to manifesting? I’ve found that when I wish for others to manifest amazing things in their lives, without expecting anything in return, the universe brings amazing things back to me. Of course, you can’t trick the universe by pretending to send out good energy just to get something back. The universe senses inauthentic energy, and that’s exactly what you’ll get in return.
But when you truly wish good for others, your subconscious mind recognizes this and strengthens your own ability to manifest. The subconscious doesn’t know the difference between imagining abundance for someone else or for yourself—it just strengthens that abundance mindset.
This practice has transformed the way I interact with the world, and it’s something I do for all of my followers and blog readers. I regularly send out prayers and good intentions, imagining each and every one of you receiving blessings and living your dream lives. This practice allows me to genuinely root for your success, which reinforces that we all can succeed together.
As we wrap up our exploration of these transformative practices, remember that each one offers a unique doorway to deeper self-awareness and manifestation. Whether it’s harnessing the power of breathwork and meditation to fine-tune your intuition, wishing the highest timeline for others to embrace the law of karma, or using visualization, prayer, and affirmations to align with divine consciousness, each practice serves to enrich your journey toward a more fulfilling and abundant life.
The essence of these rituals lies in their ability to connect you with the vast potential within and around you. They remind us that we are co-creators of our reality, shaping our experiences through intention, belief, and action. As you integrate these practices into your daily life, allow yourself the space to explore, experiment, and evolve. Trust in the process, be patient with yourself, and celebrate each step forward, no matter how small.
Remember, the journey is as important as the destination. Embrace each practice with an open heart and mind, and let the wisdom and energy you cultivate guide you toward your highest path. Here’s to a life filled with purpose, joy, and endless possibilities. Thank you for joining me on this exploration—may your journey be ever inspiring and fulfilling.
